We are PowerPoint specialists, and can also help with Word and Excel.
How do we do this? ONLINE! Let us know all about your project via email, along with who you are, and the deadline date, and we can send you an estimate on the price. In most cases, we would require 50% deposit up front, payable through PayPal.
In many cases, we will be able to do the project for you, email you the invoice, and you or your company / agency would be able to pay at completion of project. In these cases, you or your company or agency would be known to us or approved by us, or would be a trusted repeat customer.
Please email us with a description of your upcoming PowerPoint project!
We can set timings, add transitions, color or animate your text, add public domain photos, add our photos (fee) or your own, add your video, add charts or maps, and check for consistency on all slides for a seamless automatic or manual slide show!
Our PowerPoint, Word, and Excel documents are created / edited on XP. We can accept and convert your presentation that was created on Vista, and export back to you as XP. You should have no problem importing and using on your Vista system.
We can save the entire presentation in the standard .ppt format.
We can also save slides individually in one of these formats: .jpg - .gif - .wmf - .emf - .tif - .wmf - .bmp - .png - .pdf .mht - .mhtml - .htm - .html - .ppt - .pptx - .pot
For editing presentations, documents, & spreadsheets, we use standard industry pricing of $24 per hour for work done before 9-5 PM, Monday-Friday.
For work done between 5 PM and 10 PM, and before 9 AM M-F, fees rise to $44 per hour. All weekend work is billed at $50 per hour.
Approved accounts can be invoiced at net 30 days, provided a deposit is paid in advance.
For rush projects, an additional fee of $100 per ocurrence will be billed, payable in advance through PayPal.
