HOW TO ORDER WHOLESALE:

1. CONTACT US BY EMAIL- we need your contact name, company name, reseller ID number, bill to address, ship to address, phone, fax, email, website.

2. Once approved, order any time you like, by email, phone, or fax; we will confirm your order. If you do not hear from us confirming your order, we did not receive it.

3. Beginning February 15, 2008, we are giving volume discounts on DVDs and notecards.  Discounts are not given to pawprint plaques or matted photographs.  Tee shirts are not available wholesale from CoveBear.

- Order 100 or more DVDs, and receive a 10% discount

- Order 200 or more packs of notecards, and receive a 10% discount

4. If approved, we will invoice after shipping @ net 30 days.  Please make check payable to Kate Marshall Graphics, Inc. and mail to 11770 Haynes Bridge Rd, Suite 205-209, Alpharetta, GA 30004.  Late payments could result in suspension of your account, so please pay promptly.

If your national or state park visitors centers are assisted by Eastern National or Great Smoky Mountains Association, those two organizations have already reviewed and approved these programs for educational content. In addition, the bear videos have been approved by National Park Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, U.S. Agricultural Department Library, U.S. Geological Survey (Appalachian Field Branch), Black Bear Conservation Committee, Get Smart Bear Society (Canada), Appalachian Bear Rescue, many state Departments of Natural Resources, county library and school systems, universities, and internationally-known bear experts.  All DVDs are shrinkwrapped and guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Our notecards are large and blank, and come with envelopes.  The CoveBear photo appears on the front of the card.  There are 4 cards / envelopes to the package, shrinkwrapped. Each card in the pack has a different picture. On the back of each package there is an insert showing all four photos included inside.

PAWPRINT PLAQUES

Minimum purchase on first order is 5 wall plaques, any mix; no minimum after first order.

 

Our pawprint plaques are stained plaster casts from real animals.  They are fragile and should be displayed on the wall or in a case.  We ship them in lots of bubblewrap that you can use to package for your customers.  Plaques are hand made as you order them, allow 3 weeks to cure.
